We want to understand what your problems are. The problems that are most attractive to us are cultural problems, but we are open to helping with any problems that you raise, as long as they matter to you.
Q: Why are you doing this for free?
At this early stage of its development, CultureX seeks a deep understanding of the needs of HR leaders. Though we eventually want to develop scaleable methods to solve these, we first want to implement completely tailored solutions. Right now, deep experience with customers is more valuable to us than money. These engagements will also be valuable to our research and future publications related to culture although, of course, they would be completely anonymized if the client prefers.
